Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:
🕒 Return Window
You have 14 days from the original purchase date to request a return.
All returns must be initiated through our online return process. Online purchases cannot be returned in-store. Returns or exchanges are only applicable to orders placed at urbanityshop.com.
🔄 Exchange Process
To make an exchange, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and returning the original item(s) for store credit. This ensures faster processing and secures your desired item(s). If the item is no longer available on the site, contact us at info@urbanityshop.com and a customer service representative will be happy to assist.
💳 Refunds & Store Credit
- All eligible returns will receive online store credit only (minus original shipping costs and return label fee).
- Store credit never expires and can be used anytime on urbanityshop.com.
- If you received the wrong item or a defective product, contact us immediately. In these rare cases, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for return:
- Items must not be worn, altered, or washed
- Must include all original tags and packaging
- Items sent without prior return authorization or those that do not meet these conditions will be denied.
🚫 Final Sale Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Sale items (markdowns or promo codes)
- Limited releases
- Socks, undergarments, hats
- Collaborations
🌍 International Orders
We do not offer international shipping or accept international returns at this time.
💰 Return Shipping & Fees
- A return label fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for properly packaging and tracking returned items.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage during return transit. Insurance is recommended.
📦 Shipping Policy
- All domestic orders are shipped via USPS
- Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (or 1–4 business days after verified payment)
- You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your order ships
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on item and location
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day

- We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages
- Please ensure your address is accurate—we are not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect addresses, and original shipping fees will not be refunded
- Returned packages will not receive reimbursed shipping costs
