Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Policy: Our Returns Policy allows returns within 14 days from the original purchase date. Please note that a return label fee will be deducted from the total refund amount for all returns.

  • In-Store Returns: Online orders cannot be returned in-store. Our online return policies are exclusively applicable to orders placed online at

Return Shipping Costs and Process:

  • We do not accept returns without prior communication and written agreement between us and the customer.

  • Ensure items to be returned are properly packaged, traceable, and have a valid tracking number. We recommend insuring the package for its full value.

  • We are not responsible for loss of or damage to returned goods during transit from the customer. A full store credit (minus original shipping charges, unless stated otherwise) will be issued upon inspection and confirmation of returned items.

Eligibility and Conditions:

  • Returned products must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with original tags and packaging.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Items returned without a valid return authorization or not meeting our requirements will be denied.

Refunds and Non-Returnable Items:

  • All returned items are eligible for an online store credit that never expires.

  • Final sale items include All Sale Items (Markdowns and Sale Promotions with code), Limited releases, socks, undergarments, hats, and collaborations.

International Orders and Shipping:

  • We do not accept returns for international orders. International orders are shipped via USPS. We do not assume responsibility for duty or customs charges incurred.

Refund Method for Returned Items:

  • Store credit will be issued for all returned items. However, if an incorrect item was sent, a full refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us immediately.

Shipping Information:

  • All verified orders will be shipped via UPS and will receive an initial purchase confirmation email and a second email with tracking information.

  • Orders are typically processed within 24-48 business hours or 1-4 business days upon verified payment information receipt.

  • Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will ship the following business days.

  • During peak seasons and inclement weather, shipments might experience slight delays beyond our control.

  • We cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to third-party factors.

Tracking and Lost Packages:

  • You will receive tracking information for your shipment.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Incorrect Address or Returned Shipments:

  • If a shipment is returned to us, the original shipping cost will not be refunded, and return shipping costs will not be covered.

International Shipping:

  • International shipping rates will be calculated during checkout.

  • International shipments usually take 5-21 business days via UPS or USPS. US military addresses are shipped via USPS Priority.

  • For refused international packages, we are not obligated to issue a refund.
